Evaluate how product 3-row SUV EV performs versus competitors and adjust product feature prioritization to ensure differentiation and a winning strategy

Mapped customer journey of scenic road trip (key use case) versus competition

Results

Identified winning moments and developed a framework to strategically prioritize features substantiated by customer research and deprioritize superfluous features that strayed from product concept, resulting in higher margins
